South Series results on Championship Points Page NOW   Error Found

I went back and did another formula check in the spread sheets that run the points and did find an error in some classes.  MOST did not change FC did.  Thank you to Sid Smith for questioning it.

Just for clarification

BSFCS was scored on Shenandoah, 5/22 Beaverun (only) 7/30 NJMP (Only) Summit Point and Beaverun..Completely different type of scoring.

South Series was scored on Shenandoah, Beaverun (both days), Summit Point, NJMP (Both days), NJMP (Both days) and Shenandoah.  Scoring follows minin series standard in rules book.  No bonus points.

Many Many Award Winners to be Recognized

There are many many award winners to be recognized in just 3 weeks at the Cheer The Champs Banquet.

Race awards will go to

Ian Goodard, Ralph Kennedy, Dan Finocchiaro, Jack Danko, Bill Carroll, Greg Saunders, Rich, Matt and Rich Schwegler, Mike Kenney, Jay Hoogandorn, Ryan Smith, Andy Graham, Greg Waltenbaugh, Jason Easterly, Terry Vesper, Dominick Vitale, Kirk Davis, Dan Clark, Oscar Pacheco, Jim Granitzki, CJ, Glenn Wakefield, Scotty, Wayne T.  Don't forget there are many special awards to be given out too those names I can't reveal.  You MUST be there or have made arrangements to get your awards.

Several points races came down to 1 to 5 points a couple had ties that needed to be resolved by looking at actual finishes and on went all the way down to equal 6th place finishes and was won by a single fast lap set early in the year.

The level of competition in the FRCCA is amazing.  We can be proud of that!  We also have the best car counts of strictly formula cars outside of the SCCA Nationals and maybe one or two other events around.  We have raised ourselves up to a level of competition that if you are a true racer and not a glory hound you need to win with us!!!!  This is for FRCCA classes and SCCA compliant classes also.  I have great hopes for 2012.

Thanks,

John

North Series

Folks,  Because of the Pocono's cancellation of 4 of our races we have only a couple races that could be used for the Noth Series mini Series - Not enough to resolve any positions fairly.  Therefore I chosen to discount the North Series...  You have my appologies but with the situation at Pocono last season I have only 2 maybe 3 races to look at.  If you disagree please please feel free to let me know, I am always open to an idea.

A calendar Ad is something that is there all year and a great keep sake for those who help you.

Please help us help you!

2 panels - $200.00

FRCCA Members should be proud

The Saturday October 15th found the members of the FRCCA not only being concerned about racing but also bring gifts and honor to the dis-abled vets here in West Virginia. Many gifts were brought to the "Free" table along with some lunch for these brave people who fought for our freedom. While we all tried to say "Thank you" to them, they have sent a Thank you to us;
